Guiding the Journey to Integrative Intelligence

WE ALL HAVE

THREE CENTERs

OF INTELLIGENCE

Three-Centered Leadership is bringing our full selves to work, pursuing excellence as a team by using all our sources of strength and insight.

Traditional approaches to The Enneagram focus too much on individual differences and not enough on Building a Resilient Team Identity.

Head - Intellectual / Cognitive / Story-driven

This center of rational and irrational thought has big ideas and thinks big picture. At its best, it is data-driven and seeks to cognitively understand the issue fully, concretely and in detail. When your Head Center is out of sync, however, thoughts can bounce around your brain like a game of ping-pong.

HEART - Intuitive / Relationships / Emotive

This center is focused on relatedness, empathy and emotional intelligence. At its best, my Heart Center is aware, self-managing, empathic and engaged in healthy relationships. When out of sync, this center can be intense, all-consuming and unwilling to compromise.

Gut - Instinctual / Inner-knowing / Sensorial

This is the center of instinct and inner knowing. At its best, our Gut Center is grounded, confident and unassailable. When this center is out of sync, though, we can feel disconnected, invisible and powerless.
